Afrobeat star King Promise stole the spotlight as the biggest winner at the 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA).

He took home the prestigious Artiste of the Year award on a night brimming with glamour, electrifying performances, and moving tributes to Ghana’s music icons.

The event, held on Saturday, May 10, at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre, witnessed King Promise triumph over fierce competition from Stonebwoy, Black Sheriff, Kwaku Smoke, King Paluta, Joe Mettle, and the gospel group Team Eternity.

The 5Star artist led the night with a remarkable 10 nominations—the most of any act this year—and emerged as the biggest winner, taking home four awards.

Other winners of the evening included Ayisi, Empress Gifty, Stonebwoy, Kofi Kinaata, Esther Godwyll, Kweku Smoke, KiDi, Team Eternity Ghana, and Tulenkey.
