It revolves around a married woman who embarks on a weekend getaway with her closest friend, but unexpectedly finds herself entangled in a fervent affair with a younger man. This passionate liaison sets in motion a chain of events involving tragedy and betrayal, ensnaring those within her inner circle.

The series stars Kgomotso Christopher as Nandi Mahlati, a married woman who falls into a passionate affair with a younger man while on a weekend getaway. Thapelo Mokoena plays her husband, Leonard Mahlati, who she suspects is cheating on her. Prince Grootboom portrays Jacob Tau, the young man with whom Nandi has the affair. Other cast members include Nat Ramabulana as Leonard’s brother, Vuyo Mahlati; Ngele Ramulondi as Leonard and Nandi’s daughter, Zinhle Mahlati; Lunathi Mampofu as Nandi’s best friend, Brenda Grootboom; Frances Sholto-Douglas as Laura Goldman; and Rizelle Januk as Ameera Naidoo.
