Following its highly acclaimed showcase earlier this year at Africa Fashion Week London, the Kwara Heritage Collection now returns home to Nigeria, carrying with it a compelling story of tradition reimagined for the modern world.

Presented in partnership with Aso-Ofi Kwara, the collection is a masterful fusion of heritage and contemporary design. Each piece pays homage to Kwara State’s rich textile legacy, featuring intricate patterns, bold colours, and the iconic Aso-Ofi fabric, thoughtfully crafted into silhouettes that resonate with today’s global fashion audience.

One of the most unforgettable moments from the London showcase—and one audiences can once again anticipate at AFWN—was the historic runway appearance of the First Lady of Kwara State herself, who joined the models on the catwalk.
