“Being a makeup artist, is generally an exhilarating and rewarding career path, but either way, it comes with it’s unique set of obstacles, because the competition involved is very high, and also challenging, sometimes just to be noticed, you need to come up with different presentations. Dedication towards the career and first impressions matter a lot. With all these intact, you need to be abreast with new trends daily just to keep your clients”.

“It’s never easy to get people trusting you, especially when they are not familiar with your works, so the mere fact a client does, that alone inspires me a lot. I believe punctuality, being quick and capable, being creative, working under pressure, taking risks and giving good deliveries make me outstanding in every work I do”.

“In the world of makeup artistry, I believe every woman/lady is entitled to have….., if not all, at least some items that enhance / you can use to make yourself up, irrespective of you being an amateur or a pro”.

“Makeup usage is never mandatory, because I think the use of makeup in Ghana has really advanced, but for the normal people, I know we are getting there”.
