Belinda Adardey aka Berla Mundi, is a proud Ghanaian, an uprising award winner, TV/Radio personality and also a fashion killer in the Entertainment Industry. From St. Theresa’s Preparatory to Achimota Senior High School, Miss Mundi, proceeded to University of Ghana, Legon, where she studied English and Psychology. Her interest in make-up, beauty, and her simple but flawless style have had great influence on fashion, specifically in the Ghanaian Entertainment field.

“Having God, family and persistence as my back bone, I have been able to achieve everything I wanted, and with hard work, I believe I have gotten to where I want to be. Even though, I’m not the biggest personality in Ghana, I know I’m on the right track.”

“I didn’t embrace fashion. I have always been this cautious person, so with that I believe, I have known fashion since my tender age”. I don’t have a personal stylist, but I have people who help me here and there, though I mostly come up with my own ideas. In terms of how I look and shoes to go with, I do that myself. I’m an all weather kind of person, who doesn’t go with the flow necessarily, but what’s trendy.”

I believe as a woman, you should definitely have certain things in your wardrobe which I call; “must haves”, but at the end of everything, you should have a body that you are comfortable in. Understand fashion as being you, with the desire to look good, bold and not to copy others blindly. Once you make a conscious effort to these things, believe it or not you can create your own world of fashion, where only you can live in.
