Africa Fashion Week London x Black History & Lifestyle Awards
To commemorate the 13th year of Africa Fashion Week London, the show presents the celebration of Africa Fashion Week London in collaboration with the Black History and Lifestyle Awards “Royal Heritage” Gala.
This gala celebration will take place at the prestigious Institute of Directors in London, located at 116 Pall Mall on Sunday 29 October. The Red Carpet will kick off at 2pm.
Africa Fashion Week London stands as one of the largest and most enduring platforms for African fashion worldwide. Under the Royal Patronage of Olori Ronke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi, AFWL is dedicated to amplifying African fashion and design on the global stage.
Africa Fashion Week London also operates in the fields of education, heritage preservation, and promotion to connect and celebrate all facets of African fashion. Our goal is to ensure that the continent’s design talent remains at the forefront of global discussions.
About The Black History & Lifestyle Awards
The Black History and Lifestyle Awards is committed to recognizing the achievements of Africans, both on their home soil and in the diaspora.
BHLS’s mission is to document the contributions of individuals who are bridging the gap between Africa and the rest of the world. It also highlights the rich cultural heritage, the triumphs, the adversities and the invaluable roles these individuals play in addressing the challenges faced by the global black community and black-owned businesses.
Be a part of history
This unique celebration is set to become the most significant social, cultural, and business gathering in London this year, encompassing everyone from Africa and those interested in the continent.
