Over 50 Exhibiting Brands Light Up Africa Fashion Week London 2025
From bold prints to artisanal craftsmanship, Africa Fashion Week London brought together powerhouse brands, British Council’s Creative DNA designers, and even a signature scent from NeuroScent for an unforgettable multi-sensory experience at the exhibition hall.
From emerging designers to established names, the exhibitor line-up reflected the depth and diversity of African fashion. Among the standout brands was House of Afrika, known for its bold prints and rich storytelling through fabric. Zang Luxury brought a touch of refined elegance, blending African aesthetics with luxurious craftsmanship, while Lotte Empire impressed with their cutting-edge silhouettes and high-fashion edge.
The showcase also featured the unique and eclectic creations of CelinaRob, offering striking statement pieces, and Heem Walker, whose designs fused modern tailoring with traditional influences. Ŷ’wãra captivated visitors with their artisanal approach, championing sustainable practices while preserving African artistry.

Designers from the British Council’s Creative DNA programme also brought fresh perspectives to the event, including the bold streetwear of Black Fine & Fly, the contemporary African-inspired collections of Rungano Rwedu, and the exquisite craftsmanship of Epica Jewellery.
Adding another sensory layer to the experience, NeuroScent, AFWL’s official aroma partner, welcomed guests to their stand where fragrances designed to evoke creativity, relaxation, and inspiration infused the air.

Every corner of the exhibition hall buzzed with creativity. Guests had the opportunity to meet the designers, explore their collections up close, and immerse themselves in stories woven into every garment. The sheer variety and calibre of the exhibitors proved that African fashion is not just a trend, but a movement with global influence.
AFWL once again reaffirmed its place as a leading platform for designers to connect with audiences, buyers, and the wider fashion industry. With over 50 exhibitors leaving an indelible mark, the event’s energy will continue to linger.

ABOUT AFRICA FASHION WEEK LONDON
Africa Fashion Week London’s annual catwalk and exhibition event is one of the world’s largest and longest-running showcases of African and African-inspired fashion & design. Now in its 15th year, Africa Fashion Week London (AFWL) has hosted 3000 emerging and established designers and exhibitors to 75,000 visitors, including buyers, retailers, industry professionals and global media. Overall, 26 African countries and 67 countries have been represented, including diaspora designers from Brazil, Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and the Americas. Additionally, AFWL has produced 12 third-party events such as the Southbank Centre’s Africa Utopia and Meltdown Festival, The Mayor of London’s Africa on the Square, and The Africa Centre’s Summer Festival. Such is the importance of AFWL, that the initiative positively impacts, directly and indirectly, over 5000 individuals annually including SMEs, designers, tailors, textile designers, students, visitors, models, stylists, photographers, journalists, caterers, artists, tech and production staff and lovers of fashion. |
