Africa Fashion Week London (AFWL) has hosted about 30,000 African-inspired, original accessories, outfits, hair & beauty products, watches, hats, shoes, wedding dresses, traditional wear, textiles, food in the 12 years it has been running, and this year, more designers and exhibitors have signed up for its 13th edition. Meet some the designers and exhibitors who will be on the catwalk at 116 Pall Mall; selling their designs at AFWL.

Ngüo, a Swahili brand, offers unique, comfortable, and non-conventional dress designs. The brand challenges the norm of figure hugging garments and promotes inclusivity and gender diversity. Founded in Botswana in 2019, it has received positive responses internationally. The lead style curator, Tumie Mohoasa, sources high-quality linen and creates fabric art. Hazza, a Ghanaian unisex ethical and sustainable brand, was founded in 2013 by Hassan Alfaziz Iddriss. Drawing inspiration from his cultural heritage, the brand aims to showcase the rich heritage and traditions of Ghana and Africa through art and fashion, introducing the world to its unique designs.

Hertunba is a sustainable womenswear brand that creates durable garments locally, aims for adult education and empowerment, and upcycles excess fabric for various designs, ensuring minimal waste.

Milaseto, an African textile company, showcases traditional dyeing techniques and unique designs using luxury fabrics like chiffons, silks, organza, and cotton. Founded in 2018, Milaseto aims to preserve the rich African dye art form and promote sustainability. With a near-zero waste policy, they upcycle leftover materials into beautiful items, ensuring customers invest in a sustainable future and celebrate Africa's artistic spirit.

Lara Diamond Design, founded in 2014, is a ready-to-wear womenswear brand that caters to stylish, fun, fashion-loving women. Made in Lagos, Nigeria, Lara Diamond uses sustainable and ethical manufacturing processes, sourcing fabrics from local artisans and producing pieces in small runs to preserve quality and avoid waste.

Kutivz Kollection, a 2019 Black-Owned Hair and Beauty brand, offers services, products, and fashion. They have a cosmetic line, accessories, and Afro-lux couture clothing. They provide hair and makeup services, specializing in Afro-Caribbean and European styles, making them a one-stop shop for glamour.
