Though GT Bank Fashion Weekend has ended we cannot get over some of the chills experienced over statement pieces that rocked the runway.

Mimi Plange a renowned designer from Ghana based in the US exhibited an exceptional array of clothing that wowed the audience with diverse impressions.

Gathering her first print collection in collage, she got inspiration from African scarification that attributes fertility dolls, traditional designs, and masks fused with modern graphic florals.

With an array of quirky yet sassy pieces mostly made from leather she continued to combine signature trapunto, hand beading, and embroidery, Mimi Plange created the complete fashion bomb outfits.
